The WeldonPC Wire, an index of articles published by WeldonPC at weldonpc.com/news.
About the Wire
The WeldonPC Wire lists every article WeldonPC publishes at weldonpc.com/news: the headline, the category, the date and the article's own short excerpt. Each headline opens the full article on weldonpc.com. The Wire does not copy article text, images or audio, and it does not cover anyone else's news.
What it adds
- A dense list, 50 items a page, that works without JavaScript or images.
- A desk for each of the 10 categories, each with its own feed.
- A Security Advisory board with only Security and Service Advisory items.
- Weekly editions: everything from one week, grouped by category.
- Search over every title and excerpt.
- Free RSS, Atom and JSON feeds.
- My Wire (paid, free during preview): a private wire of only the desks and watch words you choose, with its own page, "new since your last visit" marks and a private feed.
How items arrive
Every 15 minutes the Wire reads the first page of weldonpc.com/news and adds anything new. Once a day it checks weldonpc.com's sitemap; an article removed there is hidden here too. The reader identifies itself as WeldonPC-Wire/1.0.
Who runs it
